KUSI News and Dr. Bruce Figuered discuss new UK mental health study
According to a new study in the UK, young adults are reporting more mental health challenges that cause them to miss work or become unproductive. Jackson House CEO Dr. Bruce Figuered explains that many things can contribute to an overall feeling of poor mental health, including external events or experiences, actions or behavior, and genetic predisposition. Thankfully, the stigmas associated with mental health and reaching out for help seem to be diminishing in the younger generations. Jackson House offers a continuum of care, so each individual can find a treatment plan that's right for them and their needs.
