To help fill that gap, Jackson House offers a voluntary residential program that fits between outpatient and inpatient treatment options.

Treatment options are diverse and highly structured to help you get into a healthy routine. We believe that an important aspect of treating mental health and substance abuse disorders is to establish positive habits. Residents are supported in getting back into good sleeping patterns, eating healthily, and exercising, and all of this in a welcoming place with attention to individuals’ value and safety.

Jackson House provides residential treatment at multiple locations in California and our center in Oregon City, while our Portland location focuses on outpatient behavioral health treatment.

• Free confidential consultations: Our admissions process begins with a completely free consultation. Everything we discuss is confidential. The consultation is designed to help us understand what you’re going through and whether Jackson House is the best solution. If it is, treatment options are presented and a plan is created that’s catered to your needs and long-term improvements. 
• Open 24 hours a day: We appreciate that you can’t put a timeframe on when you need help. Being open 24/7 means there’s always someone to talk to. 
• Evidence-based treatment: This is an important aspect of care for us. We’re in the business of treating patients with evidence-based solutions. Our treatments are backed by scientific research, ensuring evidence is behind our approaches to providing genuine help. 
• Mental disorders treated: We treat a range of mental health disorders, as well as substance abuse disorders. Our current treatment centers are found in: 

• La Mesa: Situated in San Diego County, our La Mesa residential treatment center gives you a warm and welcoming environment to get the help you need. Enjoy bright open spaces and lots of outdoor activities. 
• El Centro: Find us just off the Kumeyaay Highway in Imperial County if you need mental health support in El Centro. This is one of our newest facilities. 
• Temecula: Jackson House Temecula is in one of the best locations if you enjoy good weather. We find that the near-constant sunny and warm climate helps in mental health recovery. 
• Ventura: If you’re based in Santa Paula, then our Ventura treatment center is your closest option. It offers a comfortable and safe environment to experience a wide range of evidence-based treatment options. 
• San Diego: This mental health treatment location is home to our corporate offices where we support all of our various residential treatment facilities. 
• Oregon City: Jackson House Oregon City represents our first expansion outside of California. The charming location offers a peaceful setting for our treatment programs.
• Portland: While our other locations provide voluntary residential treatment, our Portland location provides outpatient behavioral health care.
